The Brass Rail is great for (delicious) dining on a budget. For $28, you get a 2-course brunch meal plus a cocktail (mimosa, Bloody Mary, beer, champagne punch, sangria, or something non-alcoholic). When it comes to the food, The Brass Rail does an eggs Benedict super well — and there’s bacon, smoked salmon, or even lobster to pick as the protein. You can make reservations online for up to 8 people and it has a cute outdoor area for those nice weather days.

City Bistro | 56 14th Street

With a beautiful rooftop, City Bistro is ideal for Instagrammable moments, offering a full bar and lots of space for big groups. The menu satisfies all brunch cravings, and the drink menu is superb, offering frozen drinks that are sure to leave a group happy on a warmer day. Private events with buffet-style layouts are also accommodated at City Bistro, just be sure to call ahead.

Nestled between Willow and Washington, Court Street is a Hoboken staple that’s famous for its specials and excellent food. Its Sunday brunch lasts from 11:30AM-3:30PM and the menu is diverse and extensive, with options for everyone. The ambiance is timeless and there is lots of seating available, so make sure to call ahead for a reservation for a large party.

Halifax, located in the W Hotel, serves up brunch only on Saturday + Sunday, which is ideal for weekend plans. The menu is unique and ranges from shareable plates like a cheeseboard to sandwiches and wings. Plus, it serves up bubbly brunch specials for diners to sip on champagne during their meals.

The food at II Tavolo has left visitors in awe, and the brunch is no exception. Offered on Saturdays and Sundays 11AM – 3PM, brunch at II Tavolo varies from pancakes to chicken parmesan sliders. Patrons can sit inside by the bar where the TVs are located (sports, anyone?) or enjoy the fall weather in its covered outdoor seating. The wings come hot, with different flavors to choose from, savory (BBQ) or spicy (buffalo). Served with ranch or blue cheese, the wings are just crunchy and messy enough to enjoy.

Brunch at Zack’s is offered on Saturday and Sunday, from 10AM – 3:00 PM. It is hard to pin down which dish is the best on the brunch menu, since it is so extensive, reaching every savory brunch dish that is known and loved. The bar and seating (outdoor, too) have to be one of the best parts about Zack’s because it can be a more relaxed meal or a full dining experience, depending on what mood strikes.

The menu is mouth-watering, serving up homemade crepes and pastries, with a twist on the classic scrambled egg, adding in fresh ingredients. Feel free to bring champagne or wine and sit outside to enjoy the autumn weather.

Plus, it won the best cocktails in Hoboken of 2020, which is hard to beat! Brunch is offered on Saturdays and Sundays, so be sure to make a reservation because it fills up quickly.

The best part of Bin 14 is its outdoor seating, perfect for a Spring or Summer day. There is an option to sit on the covered patio in the back or in the front right on Washington Street. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the sights and sounds of Uptown Hoboken while enjoying a great brunch menu. The brunch special includes one small plate, one entree, and comes with perfectly powdered zeppole’s with a chocolate sauce on the side. Plus, the Gluten-free options are hard to beat.

There are few things better than a BYOB option and brunch, and Anthony David’s offers both. Located on the corner of Bloomfield Street, with outdoor and indoor seating available, it is sure to satisfy a brunch craving, all inspired by Italian food. Although drinks are offered on the menu, there is an option available to bring beer or champagne to add to orange juice, for a self-serve mimosa. This pairs well with friends and sunshine. Just be aware that there’s a cork fee per bottle: $15 for 750ml, $20 for a liter, $26 for a magnum, and beers are $2 per bottle. Hard alcohol and mixers aren’t allowed.

From mimosas to martinis, 10th and Willow serves up cleverly named cocktails, ranging from many different alcohols and pairings. Play it safe with a Mule, or dabble in the creative martinis on the menu, like the Victoria’s Secret for a rum craving, or the Pink Pom, which indulges in pomegranate vodka.

The outdoor seating is in a prime location, perfect to sit back and relax. The pulled pork nachos are a must-try.

Also on the menu are bloody Marys, a crowd favorite.

The Turning Point is famous for its tasteful decor, lengthy menu, and quality food. Creating its a spin on the standard breakfast menu, there is something for everybody to enjoy. The shareable options are noteworthy, as well as the wide-ranging coffee choices, from espressos to french presses. There are also some killer lattes and coffee beverages to try for the fall.

Not only is there Vegan pizza to choose from but there is also a wide range of Vegan menu options, which accommodate everyone.
