La Boheme | 233 Clinton Street
This South of France-inspired locale in Hoboken has Spritz Tower that recently debuted, and it’s worth the stop in itself. The food here is also a must if you’re looking to start your evening off with some wood-fired flatbreads or other sustenance.

Antique Bar + Bakery if you can get a seat, The Lola is a newer spot for a waterfront stroll, and The Cuban for a good mojito.
Hoboken Uptown
Uptown Hoboken has fewer bars than downtown, but don’t get it twisted — the quality is there. From piano serenades, while sipping martinis to sparklers and caipirinhas while eating Moroccan-inspired food — there’s no shortage of fun mixology x food in Northern Hoboken.
Dino + Harry’s | 163 14th Street
This spot has more of an old-school vibe and boasts excellent steaks (and scallops, we might add), but its dirty martinis are worth the trip. There’s also live piano music on certain nights, which takes the nostalgia to the next level.
Stingray Lounge | 1210 Washington Street
Known for its seafood and mixology, Stingray Lounge is a laid-back spot to enjoy some seafood apps and a drink.

Italian food is easy to come by in Hoboken, but Italian food with good drinks is a little harder. Il Tavolo is a beloved neighborhood haunt that serves up chicken parm with the best of them, and an Aperol spritz to write home about. It’s got a full bar and a back room for events, should you want to make a party out of it.
Saku | 936 Park Avenue
This sushi bar-meets-cocktail lounge has a fun ambiance that is fun for omakase style or just ordering off the menu. The drinks are fresh and usually garnished with a floral to complete the look, if nothing else, to look pretty for IG.

A hop, skip, and a jump away from Saku, this is an ideal spot for a cucumber martini nightcap (or a spot to get the night started if you’re a late bloomer). This long-standing bar/restaurant is known for its martinis and buffalo shrimp (together or separately), and is a great spot to dance the night away — depending on the night, if that’s your thing.
