Aumm Aumm, which means “keeping it lowkey” or “a kept secret” in Neapolitan, is the reason behind this name. While co-owners of this spot Paula Delle Donne and Monica Faroni have found the secret to how to make mouth-watering pizza and pair it with the right wines, we’re happy to report they’re sharing the results with their customers. Paula wanted to provide an authentic flavor for the pizza, so Aumm Aumm uses only the freshest ingredients from Italy. And Monica is a producer of Le Solive Wines, and the mastermind behind the wine selection. Aumm Aumm has over 150 wines to choose from — which helps customers experience a unique variety of flavors.

Pizza options are incredible here — with premier ingredients and the freshest mozzarella, the giant wood-fired stove gives their pizza that pillowy charred edge that is oh-so tasty. Their menu also includes appetizers and dinner options such as Tagliatelle Bolognese, Sesame Tuna, Skirt Steak, and more. The vibe is warm and classy with dimly lit lights, making it the perfect spot for date night (there are also TVs in case you want to catch a game). The bar top is elegant dark oak, which makes a nice aesthetic paired with a glass of wine. The staff is helpful and welcoming, and will be happy to answer any questions that you have.
