Bean Vault Coffee is, quite literally, a hole-in-the-wall artisanal cafe that has been keeping Hoboken caffeinated since 2014. The cafe has a selection of assorted muffins like blueberry crumb, healthy pumpkin, mocha chip, and banana cream. There are also blueberry and Morning Glory gluten-free muffins and a banana walnut muffin that is both gluten-free and vegan.

Brunch and brekkie bowls are a big draw for Bluestone Lane but if guests are looking for a quick bite, the blueberry crumb muffin is hard to beat. This muffin is made with sour cream and wild blueberries and is topped with a sweet, crunchy crumb topping.
