Crawling up the wall in a good way is what this indoor rock gym is all about. During this one-hour private session, staff members belay (manage) the ropes during the climb. The class allows up to four people, and all equipment is provided. Just bring water and a sense of adventure.

Former dancers who need a refresher and those new to dance are welcome. All classes are taught by New York professional dancers.

This 50-minute class is built on short interval work using a Bosu Ball, Kettle Bells, TRX, and other techniques. The class targets specific muscles is combined with cardio work to help define your body shape. All Project Sculpt trainers have a background in personal training, focused on body transformation.

Participants will feel like a kid again after this trampoline-based class. Tramp Stamp is a low-impact, 50-minute cardio class for increased energy and circulation. Attendees use mini trampolines to make moves and for sculpting, lifting, and toning. This class is sometimes taught outside.

This signature class is composed of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. It uses resistance bands, balls, and weights for a full-body, cardio workout. No experience is needed. Mats, balls, weights, and resistance bands are provided.
Beginner Afro-Contemporary at NimbusFIT: Adult Dance + Fitness | Nimbus Arts Center – Nimbus Dance, 329 Warren Street, Jersey City
This dance “class focuses on the sensation and vibrations of letting the body speak and is designed to strengthen agility, flexibility, and rhythm.” Nimbus Dance company members and teaching artists lead the classes. All adults are welcome, and masks are required for in-person attendance.
