Yin + Sound Healing Class at YogaRenew | 12 Hudson Place 2nd Floor, Hoboken

This class at YogaRenew combines both yoga and sound. Students will learn how to find stillness within themselves and develop flexibility. Equipment like blocks, blankets, bolsters, and other props will be used to support the body during the session.
