Popular fitness gym Rumble Boxing is opening in Hoboken at 1202 Shipyard Lane. Rumble is known for its 45-minute instructor-led boxing, HIIT, Metcon, and strength classes that feature hip-hop and house mash-ups to get members motivated and moving during workout sessions or solo workout time. The brand prides itself on being an “authentic, powerful, and fun” workout experience.

First-time boxers next to professional or amateur fighters is a common sight at Rumble Boxing gyms as it welcomes people all of workout levels.

The 10-round, 45-minute fight is evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing, and the other half is spent on the transformative power of resistance training.
Members can take boxing, HIIT, metabolic conditioning, and strength classes at the gym. The programmed intervals of work and recovery aim to kick the whole body into high gear. Metabolic conditioning is the no-frill combo of resistance and cardio moves that is said to put you and your metabolism to work.

An official opening date for the new Hoboken location is on February 14, 2023. It will be open seven days a week from 9AM-5PM.
