Halloween is here, and the Hudson County happenings over the next few days are filled with pumpkins, candy, costume contests, and spooky vibes for all ages. This week’s local Hoboken + Jersey City events guide has everyone covered with fun things to do locally, like The HoBOOken 5K, lots of dog-friendly Halloween parties + costume contests, a Harry Styles Halloween dance party at White Eagle Hall, and more. Bauce Haus One-Day Women’s Event

Bauce Haus is an intimate one-day experience created by the lifestyle site, Bauce — connecting ambitious, self-made women of color with new resources, brand builders, and professional friends and peers. The Laugh Tour at Dorrian’s Red Hand

Friday, October 28th at 8:00PM and 10:00PM and Saturday, October 29th at 6:30PM and 8:30PM | BUY TICKETS

Dorrian’s Red Hand, located at 555 Washington Boulevard in Jersey City, is hosting two shows this Friday, October 28th at 8:00PM and 10:00PM to celebrate Filipino American History Month. Tickets to Friday’s shows are $30 with a 2 item minimum per person and the 10PM ‘Bomba’ show will contain explicit adult language. On Saturday, October 29th, Dorrian’s Red Hand is also hosting two comedy shows at 6:30PM and 8:30PM. The Laugh Tour is hosted by comedian Rich Kiamco and will feature Gus Tate from Big Sky Festival, Kyle Gillis from Showtime, Dan Frank from Gem Comedy Fest, and Michael Regilio from Hollywood Improv. Saturday’s show tickets purchased online in advance of the show are $15 and are $20 day of and at the door with a 2 item minimum per person. Ticket holders are asked to please arrive 20 minutes prior to the show to allow easy seating and drink + food orders. Additional shows with other comedians will take place every Saturday night. Venue and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Proof of vaccination is no longer required.

Computers 4 People will accept items such as old desktop computers, laptops, hard drives, tablets, keyboards, monitors, + more. The organization also accepts monetary donations.
