The chilly fall weather has settled into Hudson County as we’re officially in October now, which means it’s time for a few seasonal favorites — like apple picking, pumpkin spice lattes, and fall foliage. In honor of the season’s beauty and what a treat it is to live locally, we are excited to announce The Hoboken Girl’s 8th Annual Fall Instagram Contest, #FallinLovewithHoboken, beginning on Monday, October 17th. This (almost) month-long contest will run through Monday, November 14th and give our readers the chance to win amazing prizes from 11 local businesses by posting your favorite fall things about Hoboken and Jersey City on Instagram via photos or reels. Keep reading to find out all about our fall photo contest, how to enter, and what you have the chance to win.
About the Contest
Now is the perfect time to use those photography and social media skills to snap a beautiful fall-inspired photo or reel. Submissions will only be considered if they are taken in either Hoboken or Jersey City. At the end of the month, the Hoboken Girl team will choose its top 10 favorites, and the 11 local businesses below will decide their top 3 winners from the #FallinLoveWithHoboken hashtag (from this year only!). How to Enter

- Follow @TheHobokenGirl on Instagram + our 11 contest judges (handles below) on Instagram so you are completely entered (yes, we’re checking!).
Here’s the list:
- Walk around Hoboken or Jersey City; snap a fall-inspired photo, reel, or video; and post it to your Instagram feed or stories. Make sure to tag @thehobokengirl and use the hashtag #FallinLoveWithHoboken.
- Enter as many times as you want by posting as many fall moments as you want!
This must be a public profile and posted between Monday, October 17th and Monday, November 14th of 2022 (not previous years).
