• Hoboken Fitness in the Park 2019 Schedule: The List of FREE Workout Classes

    Huzzah! It’s that time of year again, the time when the Mile Square transforms itself into a massive outdoor workout wonderland. Fitness in the Park 2019 is officially happening, and we’ve got the complete list of free outdoor workshops for locals to enjoy. For those who don’t know, Fitness in the Park is when Hoboken fitness establishments offer free introductory classes hosted by the City of Hoboken —all around the city in local parks. Read on to find out the Fitness in the Park 2019 schedule + complete list of free outdoor workouts this year.

    Fitness at Pier A Park {1st Street + Sinatra Drive}

    Mondays: May to September, 7:00PM-8:00PM

    A free sample of what the local fitness studios have to offer. Wear sneakers & loose-fitting clothing. Bring a mat, if needed, and water. In case of rain, classes canceled, unless specified. Call the fitness studio for more information.

    May 13 CKO Kickboxing — Fitness kickboxing class

    June 3 UFC Gym — Fight Fit

    June 10 Jane DO — DO it All

    This yoga class follows a Vinyasa flow. It is a continuous flow of yoga poses that will help you deepen your breath and increase stamina. Appropriate for beginner through intermediate students.

    June 4 Flexible Rhythm Yoga — Vinyasa Yoga
