Texas Arizona regularly hosts sports-themed events and specials, from game day watch parties to large-event celebrations. What some might not know is that during the day, Texas is also family-friendly. This year, it’s adding Father’s Day to its list of festivities, introducing a “Dad’s Day Off” event on Sunday, June 21st with food + drink specials, tastings, and even a showing of ongoing World Cup matches.
“Dad’s Day Off”: What to Know + How to Participate
Dad’s Day Off will be hosted at Texas Arizona on Sunday, June 21st and will feature a variety of specials and activities, including:
- Drink Specials: $8 Stella Drafts, $7 Michelob Drafts, and $10 Nutrls.
- Food Specials: The “Dad’s Charcuterie Board,” a twist on Texas Arizona’s appetizer sampler. It includes BBQ or hot chicken wings, fried pickles, smoked sausage, potato skins, burnt ends, and Carolina pulled pork.
- A Jefferson’s Bourbon Tasting, taking place at 3:00 PM.
There will also be watch parties of World Cup games happening that day, including:
- 12:00 PM: Spain vs. Saudi Arabia
- 3:00 PM: Belgium vs. Iran
- 6:00 PM: Uruguay vs. Cape Verde
- 9:00 PM: New Zealand vs. Egypt
