Known for its coal-fired meats and eats — and of course, bread pudding, Antique Bar + Bakery also does catering in the area. From Jersey salads to large family-style meals {like a 30-day aged dry rib or coal-fired chicken}, you will be in good foodie hands. Catering Baja’s menu would be a blast for any celebration. The menu includes an extensive selection of classic Baja-style dishes and has been serving the community since 1987. Blue Eyes {525 Sinatra Drive}
The authentic Italian menu at Blue Eyes is enough to make your mouth water. The restaurant’s party menu is tailored for a smaller crowd of 10-25 people at $40 per person plus tax and gratuity include three family-style appetizers and each guest can choose an entree item from the party menu. Of course, guests can add on anything they’d like! Also available is a $50/per person buffet style menu which includes four cold platters, and five hot platters, plus add ons for unlimited drinks for two hours. Boards by Daniella {Online Orders}
This local gal has turned talent into business with her new venture creating custom-made charcuterie boards for special events — or just very hungry customers. Daniella’s boards are completely customizable and come standard with a gorgeous wooden board for you to keep. Fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses are on her boards but each can be customized to fit your needs. Dessert boards are also becoming increasingly popular, especially for children’s parties. Daniella works with each person to learn more about his or her needs and can incorporate specialty diets or needs such as keto, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, plant-based, and fruit only platters. Cafe Michelina {423 Bloomfield Street}
The catering menu at Cafe Michelina takes all of the house favorites and supersizes them. Each entree, seafood, pasta, and appetizer can be served as either a half or whole tray. Our favorites include the penne vodka with chicken, cavatelli e broccoli, and the Tortellini Alla Michelina but any tray on the menu will be delicious, that’s for sure. Charrito’s {518 Washington Street + 974 JFK Boulevard East in Weehawken}
Charrito’s is a local hot spot for all things Mexican and the catering menu is a great way to bring that home for all to enjoy. With options like guac and salsa, tacos, taquitos, fajitas, and rice and beans, everyone can enjoy the unique flavors of Mexico. The menu from City Bistro is seriously amazing and we all miss throwing back a few drinks on the rooftop, but luckily the restaurant offers catering to get that same fix at home. Choc-O-Pain {157 1st Street}
‘This French bakery and cafe is able to cater and deliver for any special event. Its selection of sweet and savory selections for breakfast and lunch. With different packages that include items such as mini croissants, sandwiches, parfaits, coffee, desserts, and fresh fruits, guests can customize their order to meet their particular needs. Dino + Harry’s Steakhouse {163 14th Street}
Just when you thought this restaurant couldn’t get any better, it drops a catering menu, so guests can take the flavors and tenderness of the food home. Dolce + Salato {1101 Grand Street}
This Italian cafe has been a hot spot in the Mile Square since its opening in 2018. The catering menu has a selection of half {5-6 people} and full tray {10-12 people} options. With main entrees like tortelloni, baked ziti, meat lasagna, and appetizers such as roasted fingerling potatoes, brown and wild rice, and escarole and white beans. While most delis can accommodate a catering order, we know that M+P does an exceptional job with everything they make. This well-known hotspot has been proudly serving the community since 1981 and if that is not enough to amaze you, owners Pietro and Teresa Biancamano are the only two people who work in the shop. Everything is made to order, fresh and delicious. The couple is old-school, and so there is no actual website.
