Thanksgiving is quickly sneaking up on us, and while some of us might enjoy cooking all day, we know it can also be a hassle — especially for a large crowd. Luckily for Hoboken and Jersey City residents, several local restaurants, caterers, and catering businesses have no problem doing the job. It’s easy to get an entire traditional Thanksgiving meal from the following restaurants in the Hudson County area. To save time and energy, we’ve rounded up a list of Thanksgiving catering options in Hoboken + Jersey City.

Hoboken
Amanda’s | 908 Washington Street
Why not enjoy a meal from one of Hoboken’s most beloved restaurants from the comfort of home? This year, Amanda’s is offering a Traditional Turkey Dinner, including oven-roasted turkey, stuffing, carrots, mashed potatoes, and gravy. The meal will be served hot, to be picked up between 11AM and 2PM on Thanksgiving Day. Add-ons include butternut squash soup, desserts, sides, and beer and wine. Orders must be placed by phone at 201-798-0101 by Sunday, November 19th to ensure there’s enough food left.
Anthony David’s | 953 Bloomfield Street
Pino Hospitality knows what they’re doing when it comes to food, and catering is no different. From soup to appetizers to entrees and a variety of sides, Anthony David’s is the way to go to impress the guests. Dishes available to order are Smashed Yams, Turkey Porchetta, and Roasted Baby Carrots, among others. The last day for orders is November 20th while supplies last. You can find the menu here.

Antique Bar + Bakery | 122 Willow Avenue
This local favorite will offer everything from turkey to desserts this year. Antique’s catering menu will feature, of course, a 15-20 lb turkey, seasonal rice balls, creamy mashed potatoes, sage stuffing, mac + cheese, the signature dessert — the Antique bread pudding, and so much more. The Brass Rail | 135 Washington Street

Whether you’re doing a Friendsgiving or a family Thanksgiving, The Brass Rail is a great choice. The team gives you a choice between two menus, Menu A (feeds 7 to 8, $299) and Menu B (feeds 15 to 16, $499). The menus feature turkeys, penne vodka, pumpkin cheesecake, pecan pie, and more. Orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance.
Halifax | 225 River Street
Seasonal flavors will rule the day at Halifax. The Thanksgiving menu includes all the high notes like cranberry, apples, squash, and roasted everything. Even better? The dessert is a choice of one classic pie: apple crumble, bourbon pecan, mixed berry, or pumpkin. All orders must be placed by November 17th, and pick up will be from 11AM to 1PM on November 23rd. There are also options to dine in at the restaurant.
Hudson Table | 1403 Clinton Street
For the ultimate semi-homemade holiday, order one of Hudson Table’s Thanksgiving kits. Each kit serves four and comes with everything needed to have a traditional feast. Plus, the turkeys are all cooked the morning of pick up so they’ll be ready to eat on Thanksgiving Day. We like that the kit comes with potato rolls for those leftover sandwiches. What’s more, there’s even a vegetarian stuffing option for anyone with dietary restrictions. Preorder now and pick up on Thursday, November 23rd.
Jersey City
ABC Catering | Based in Jersey City
Abbey Bell Catering is offering catering for Thanksgiving this year. You can mix and match from the menu or order the entire thing — and everything comes with directions for how to heat up and serve. Choose from a variety of the usual suspects (turkey, stuffing, potatoes, etc), appetizers, and sides including shrimp cocktail, cheese and charcuterie, and more. Busy Bee Organics | 451 Palisade Avenue
Busy Bee Organics has an entire Thanksgiving catering menu that’s all allergy- and dietary-restriction-friendly. Gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, and vegan options are all on offer here; all guests will be able to enjoy the classic seasonal tastes like pumpkin, maple, and apple. You can find an apple crumble pie on the menu — as well as a pumpkin loaf, pumpkin cheesecake, maple cinnamon whipped cream, and more (and that’s just the desserts).

In addition to the Italian classics like stuffed mushrooms, cheese lasagna, and eggplant parm, Cangiano’s has all the traditional sides like mashed potatoes, stuffing, and roasted Brussels sprouts, to name a few. Several options are vegetarian and/or gluten-friendly, so for those with a diverse dietary group, this is a great option. All catering orders must be placed by November 21st.
Fire + Oak | 485 Washington Boulevard
While this isn’t technically catering, Fire & Oak will be open on Thanksgiving Day if you choose to dine-in instead of hosting. The team will also have a takeout Thanksgiving option. You must pick up from 1PM to 6PM on November 3rd.You can visit the website to learn more.

Pinwheel Garden | 318 Communipaw Avenue
Known for its various Asian dishes, Thanksgiving catering will be available for the holidays at Pinwheel Garden. Dishes like Kabocha Squash Soup, Holiday Sticky Rice, Coconut Caramel Rice Pudding, and Organic Roasted Elderberry Chicken, among others, will be served. Customers can call 201-413-5333 to order by Sunday, November 19th. Pickup will be available on November 22nd.
Satis Bistro | 212 Washington Street
Satis Bistro has options for both at-home and dine-in patrons. A limited number of reservations are available for diners who want to eat at this charming Paulus Hook spot. The reservations must be made in advance and pre-paid. For at-home patrons, meal orders must be picked up on November 23rd and include a 4-course Thanksgiving meal for $68/person. The menu has all of the flavors of the seasons and ends on a sweet note with a homemade spiced pecan pie or pumpkin pie. You can order here.
