Lavender, when used correctly, can sweeten a drink and add a wonderful floral note. Black Rail Coffee serves a wide variety of coffees and teas, both hot and iced, on Jackson Street. While there is not a dedicated lavender drink, lavender syrup can be added to both hot and iced drinks for an additional $0.90.

City Bistro has a drink on its cocktail menu called the Lavender 75. It’s made with Empress gin, lemon juice, and lavender syrup and costs $14. It’s a great option to enjoy on the rooftop while enjoying the summer sun basking over Hoboken.
