Belo Bar | 104 Hudson Street

Happy hour at Grand Vin is all about alliteration: $10 Tuesdays, Wine Down Wednesdays, etc. On Tuesdays, Cosmopolitans, Old Fashioned, French 75, Peach Moscow Mule, Aperol Spritz, Paloma, Peachy Blinders, and Strawberry Fields are valued at just $10 (though this is subject to change). Wine Down Wednesday features live music performances and various wine specials. On Thursday, the clever word play drops, but the deals persist: guests can expect $1 oysters and more live music performances.

Green Rock’s $1 beers are something of a famed happy hour deal here in Hoboken, but here’s a primer for those that have yet to endeavor. On Tuesdays, there are $1 beers until 8PM, $5 margaritas, and half off on tacos all night long. Next up on Wednesdays, there are $1 beers again with $5 bar pies all night long. On Thursdays, there are $1 beers until 8PM and half-priced drinks all night long. Fridays boast an extended happy hour with $1 beers, $8 jumbo pretzels, and $8 buffalo chicken dip until 10PM. On Saturday and Sunday, there are $1 wings and $5 pints during the day.
Metropolis | 96 River Street
Drinking on a rooftop is a pretty sweet deal in its own right, but Hoboken newcomer Metropolis has quite a few weekly specials to luxuriate in too: $7 wines, $4 cans + $5 drafts on select beers, and $10 cocktails. There are also select small bites.

Happy hour takes place Monday to Friday from 5PM to 7PM in Onieal’s bar area. There are drink specials like $1 off on Bud Light, Coors light, and Miller Lite. Wines by the glass, as well as craft and import drafts, are $2 off. On Tuesdays, there’s $10 espresso martinis from 5PM to closing time. Onieal’s also hosts Wine Down Wednesdays from 5PM to closing time and with $8 select wines. There are discounts on all other wines by glass or the bottle.

Every weekday from 5PM-7PM, The Stewed Cow is serving up discounted food and drink options. For the eats, there are $8 buffalo chicken balls and $8 queso. Drinks go as follows: $8 house white + red wine, $8 classic marg, $8 red + white sangria, $4 Miller Lite draft, and $4 Yuengling Draft.
