Hoboken is no stranger to coffee-related news, and this time, the new shop is located downtown. A new specialty coffee shop called Pour Amor will be opening in the Mile Square by two local business owners as a joint venture. Pour Amor will be taking over the location that used to be home to Empanadas Café before it moved next door. According to Jersey Digs, the Hoboken Historical Preservation Board discussed an application on July 7th for signage to adorn the storefront at 123 Washington Street.
Previously, a restaurant called ‘Latin Rotisserie’ was slated to open in the space, but those plans never came to fruition.

About the Owners
Both Massimo Aronson and Nico Aronson are known in the Hudson County area as previously established business owners — shops that most of us know quite well.
