Free Kayaking on the Hudson River | Hoboken Cove Community Boathouse, 1100 Sinatra Drive North
If you have spent any time along the waterfront since Hoboken defrosted, you may have seen some friendly faces by Pier C Park launching kayaks in the Hudson. Thanks to the beloved non-profit the Hoboken Cove Community Boathouse, locals can enjoy free kayaking and paddle-boarding all summer long. The Boathouse’s mission is to provide free water sports programs and access to local waterways for all residents. The Boathouse works in conjunction with the City of Hoboken to provide opportunities for locals to explore the water.

Symposia Community Bookstore is a public benefit nonprofit that operates exclusively for educational and charitable purposes. The store uses a thrift shop model to collect its inventory of books, and it’s the perfect third space to convene, meet community members, and share your love for books.
Little City Books | 100 Bloomfield Street
If you’re looking for a local spot started by locals, Little City Bookshop is the perfect place to talk about books, read books, look at books, even sniff books. The shelves are packed to the brim, and authors frequently come here for book signings and readings as well.

On Saturday, July 25th, Hoboken residents can convene once again for the Food + Wine Walk and try all of the best food and drinks the Mile Square City has to offer. Participants include the Brass Rail, Grimaldi’s, Little Bar, The Madison, Stingray and more. This is an annual event to keep n your radar.
Cooking Classes at Hudson Table | 1403 Clinton Street
For a view of New York City and a gourmet meal you make yourself, try out Hudson Table with a friend while you make more. The first half of July’s menu goes live on June 11th, so be sure to stay tuned to bring your next celebration or night out to the next level.
