The weather has warmed up and summer is just a few days away — which means locals are gearing up for all of the outdoor activities going on in Hudson County. One of the most popular summer happenings in the Mile Square is Fitness in the Park, a series of outdoor fitness classes that run throughout the summer. The 2024 lineup was announced in late May, and we’re sharing all of the classes that started on June 10th and continue through August. Read on for the City of Hoboken’s summer 2024 Fitness in the Park schedule.

About Fitness in the Park

Fitness in the Park is a free sample of classes from local yoga studios and fitness studios.

Participants are advised to wear sneakers and loose-fitting clothing as well as bring a mat and water for applicable classes. In the event of inclement weather, participants should contact the local studio running the class.

Fitness in the Park will be held at Pier A Park, Southwest Park, and Northwest Resiliency Park this year.
