Anthony David’s prides itself on presenting simple yet delectable dishes based on epicurean delicacies. The comfortable and relaxed setting makes this an ideal spot for brunch, served daily from 8AM to 3PM. BYOB limitations and corking fees are wine + bubbles costing $15 — 750ml per bottle, $20 per liter, $26 per magnum, and beers costing $2 per bottle. Hard alcohol is not allowed as a bring-your-own mixer. Menu items include eggs benedict, French toast petit, Sicilian omelet, and salads. Its brunch cocktails menu has bourbon hot apple cider, Irish coffee, and rose sangria.

Amanda’s has been serving the community for over 30 years with its dedication to providing decadent cuisine and warm service. Brunch is crafted around New American dishes with an Argentinian twist. There are no BYOB limitations, but the corking fee is $25. Some menu items are Belgium waffles with bananas, spinach, and mozzarella omelet, and smoked salmon eggs benedict. Brunch hours are Saturday + Sunday from 11AM to 3PM.

Elysian Cafe | 1001 Washington Street

Elysian Cafe is a vintage rustic restaurant catering to a French bistro menu. With breakfast and brunch being very popular, reservations are recommended to ensure a table. However, walk-ins are easily accommodated if there is no wait time. Its menu has salmon eggs benedict, avocado toast, and cinnamon amaretto French toast. Bar specials include mimosas, bellini, and hot toddy. Only wine can be BYOB, and the corking fee is $15.

Green Pear Cafe | 93 Grand Street

Green Pear Cafe has an eclectic vibe with a cozy home feel, making this a small hidden gem in Hoboken. Breakfast and brunch are daily from 8AM to 11AM with each BYOB costing a $10 corking fee. Its menu has breakfast sandwiches, omelets, Norwegian pancakes, and sweet crepes with plenty of hot and cold coffee to choose from.

Otto Strada prides itself on cooking simple dishes with high-quality ingredients in a wood brick oven to bring the whole Italian experience to life. Its menu has panettone French toast alla blueberry, pulled pork and fried egg, panino con uova e proscitto, and frittata di di asparagi. Otto Strada has no corking fee or BYOB restrictions. Sunday brunch is from 11AM to 3PM.

Rosticeria Da Gigi has a classic modern aesthetic, priding itself on having simple homemade dishes for all to enjoy. A few menu items are breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, French toast, and omelets. There is no corking fee as the BOYB rules are beer, wine, and champagne only, with no hard alcohol, liquor, malt, or seltzer drinks allowed.

Tosti Cafe + Kitchen has a minimalist charm with a modern feel, striving to provide fresh and healthy food and drinks. Tosti is BYOB with no corking fee, and has daily breakfast and brunch. Its menu is separated into breakfast and brunch, each displaying different dishes. On the brunch menu, it has avocado toast, brunch plates, and salads. The drink menu is the same as it has coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
