/Impact/ Group Fitness | Multiple Locations
/Impact/ Fitness, a boutique studio in Hoboken founded by Caroline Lellouche, is known for its community-centered approach and welcoming atmosphere. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Caroline created the space to bring people together through movement. In past years, /Impact/ has celebrated Mother’s Day with special classes and events, with details for this year still to be announced.
Galastella Studio | 1012 Grand Street
Participants can learn to sew or create a meaningful keepsake with mom at this cozy uptown Hoboken studio. Gala Stella Studio offers private lessons and group workshops, including seasonal crafts, hemming, beginner and intermediate sewing, embroidery, and open studio time. Kids are welcome (ages 10+). This year, Gala Stella will host a special Mother’s Day-themed “Sip + Stitch” workshop on May 10th, centered around the theme “What Is Your Sign.”
Hoboken Brunch at The Waiting Room | 72 Hudson Street

The nightlife scene transforms to a quaint brunch spot overnight, perfect to treat mom to a delicious yet fun dining experience. The team at The Waiting Room continuously changes with the seasons, ensuring that no two experiences are the same.
Hudson Table | 1403 Clinton Street
Students here can cook a meal for mom at Hudson Table’s cooking classes. Participants are broken up into groups of four or five, so bring the whole family and flex those cooking skills for mom at this uptown Hoboken spot. After the interactive class portion, participants can drop their aprons and share a meal around a communal table.

Local Barre in Hoboken has celebrated Mother’s Day in past years with a variety of special events and experiences designed just for moms. Previous offerings have included festive touches like bubbles and brunch, as well as themed classes for moms and kids, such as a fun, family-friendly barre workout. Guests have also been able to enjoy access to studio amenities like recovery tools and wellness features as part of the experience.
In addition to these seasonal events, Local Barre is known for its regular programming that supports moms year-round, including BYOBaby classes and childcare options. Details for Mother’s Day 2026 have not yet been confirmed, but this post will be updated as more information becomes available.

Guests here can make matching tie-dye outfits with mom at Tipsy Tie Dye. Patrons can schedule a private event or purchase tickets for an informal party — tickets are available for all ages until 5:30PM when the space transitions to an adult-only experience from 5:30PM to 10PM. Packages include choices of dyeable merchandise, assistance with tie-dying, and use of the dye-dispenser taps to pick your custom colors to dye with. Participants are welcome to bring three of their own garments or purchase in-store merchandise, which rotates seasonally.

JC Families Mother’s Day Celebration | Hamilton Park
This Mother’s Day Celebration will take place at Hamilton Park on Friday, May 8, from 4 pm to 7 pm. The event features a variety of activities for moms and their kids, including a picture corner to capture sweet memories, arts and crafts, music, and more. It’s a great way to spend the afternoon celebrating moms in the community.
