Lucky for all you sweet lovers, {including us!} a new dessert menu is being rolled out and it’s nothing short of ahhh-mazing. The New Desserts
Ok, prepare yourselves, as these new desserts will leave your mouth watering and ready to pop into Birch the first moment you can. Along with these new desserts is a new drink as well: make sure to taste their frozen mimosa with a mimosa ice-pop inside.
Rockstar Burrito
This sweet treat burrito is made of pink and blue cotton candy stuffed with strawberry gelato, rainbow sprinkles, Fruity Pebbles, cheesecake bites, and strawberry drizzle.
End of the Rainbow
There might not be a pot of gold at the end of this rainbow, but that doesn’t mean it’s not equally as satisfying. This dessert is made of green cotton candy stuffed with mint chocolate chip gelato, gold Lucky Charms, mint chocolate chip candy, and chocolate sprinkles.

Cloud 9
Cloud 9 is made of blue cotton candy stuffed with vanilla ice-cream, rainbow sprinkles, Fruity Pebbles, Fruit Loops, and Apple Jacks.
Strawberry Taco
This taco is made of strawberry gelato served with cheesecake bites, fresh strawberries, crushed graham crackers, and strawberry drizzle in a homemade waffle cone.
Choco Taco
The Choco Taco is made from a hand-dipped chocolate waffle taco shell with cookies and cream gelato, crushed Oreos, chocolate sprinkles, and chocolate drizzle.
Donut Delight
This doughnut is a chocolate glazed doughnut filled with mint chocolate chip gelato, drizzled with Hershey’s syrup, and Andes crème de menthe chips.

Wicked Waffle
Belgian waffles are stuffed with homemade hazelnut Nutella gelato, chocolate chips drizzled in maple syrup and Nutella, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.

A cannoli that everyone can get behind. The Sugar Cone Cannoli consists of three waffle cones stuffed with homemade cannoli cream gelato.
Pop-Tart Ice Cream Sandwich
Enjoy two Pop-Tarts filled with homemade cake batter gelato.
Sinful Cinnabon
This Cinnabon is for those over 21 years old old. It’s made of a warm Cinnabon topped with vanilla ice-cream, drizzled with Rumchata liqueur.
