Nestled on the quiet corner of 4th and Garden, Sweet is a Hoboken staple that makes many delectable treats, including brownies, cookies, cupcakes, and cakes. Cocoa Bakery has cake consultants available to help plan the perfect sweet treat for the event. Custom cakes require a minimum of one week’s notice. The cake consultants will get in touch with the customer to walk through the choices and make sure everything is just right. Dulce de Leche Bakery | 376 Central Avenue
This cozy cafe offers custom and semi-custom cakes in addition to its cafe menu. A fully custom cake requires a minimum of four weeks’ notice and a semi-custom cake requires less notice, but the orders are taken on a first-come-first-serve basis based on the bakery’s availability. Orders require a 30% deposit to get started and the final payment is due four days before the event. There are several ready-made options available in the store, so even if it’s a last-minute celebration, there will be something to enjoy.
