Mile Square commuters can now enjoy coffee drinks and quick bites while they wait for their PATH trains. Trackside Jo Cafe, serving lattes, signature beverages, and food options, has soft-opened in the Hoboken Terminal at 1 Hudson Place and can be found near the entrance to the waiting area. The Details
The Hoboken Terminal has welcomed a new coffee spot to its foodie scene: Trackside Jo Cafe. This business soft-opened to the Mile Square public on April 3rd. While the official opening date is still unknown as of this writing, a team member confirmed with The Hoboken Girl that the cafe has plans to host a grand opening sometime next week.

The menu at Trackside Jo features coffee beverages like espresso, cortado, cold brews, and more, as well as signature drinks like its Brown Sugar Latte, Honey Almond Flat White, Brownie Batter Cold Brew, Pistachio Cold Foam Shaken Espresso, and Ube Latte, a local favorite during the cafe’s soft-opening event. For non-coffee drinkers, Trackside Jo also serves hot chocolate, matta lattes, and teas.
To pair with their drinks, PATH riders can also order breakfast and lunch options like the HEC crossiant, BEC bagel, Tuscan turkey wrap, chickpea salad sandwich, and caprese panini. Trackside Joe also has gluten-free and vegan pastries like its gluten-free + dairy-free banana bread.
Trackside Jo Cafe can be found by the entrance to the terminal’s waiting area, near the flower stand, on weekdays from 6AM to 6PM, Saturdays from 8AM to 5PM, and Sundays from 8AM to 4PM.
