Cuteness in Hoboken is marching in full force this spring. The Hoboken Baby Parade returns after a several-year break on May 10th and is a fundraiser for the Hoboken Historical Museum. The parade will begin at the Sinatra Park Amphitheater at 340 Sinatra Drive and feature an awards ceremony for over four costume categories. The Details
On May 10th, Mile Square parents can flaunt their babies in their best costumes. The Hoboken Baby parade, returning after a hiatus, will take place from 1PM to 3PM, with registration beginning at 12PM at the Sinatra Park Amphitheater, located at 340 Sinatra Drive.

After check-in and staging at the Sinatra Park Amphitheater, the parade will continue along the Hoboken waterfront and loop around Pier A, where it will end at the fountain for an awards ceremony. Some of the award categories include Best Dressed Child, Most Creative Carriage, and Best Dressed Family. Trophies will be awarded to the first, second, and third place winners in each category at 2PM.

Tickets for this parade cost $10 per family and can be found here. Proceeds from this family-friendly fundraiser for the Hoboken Historical Museum will go towards the museum’s programming for the rest of the year, allowing the organization to “continue [its] mission of preserving Hoboken’s unique history and culture,” according to the museum’s event listing.

Along with families and their children, “family-centric [businesses],” as per the event listing, and Hoboken-based brands are encouraged to participate as sponsors. As of this writing, the current sponsors include World of Wonder Childcare Center, Compass Learning Advantage, My Gym Hoboken, and Apple Montessori Schools.
