Prior Tenants
The immediately previous tenant in the space was gluten-free bakery Annie + Em’s. Tutta Pesca was the tenant before Annie + Em’s. The Italian-American restaurant with a specialty in seafood opened in 2016 and closed in 2020. While there were rumors that the business would take over the space at 557 1st Street, which was previously home to Northern Soul. The restaurant closed in June 2020, ostensibly for repairs, and the sale was confirmed in July 2020.
