The holidays are here, and boy are they a whirlwind. With endless festivities, parties, and family gatherings, it’s easy to over-indulge and even burn out {and no one wants to do that when there is spiked egg nog and champagne being poured}. Luckily, there are a few ways to take a break and protect your energy to reset and recharge during the season. Here are some easy ways to protect your precious energy through the rest of December and the holidays, so you can go into 2020 strong and prepared.

A great way to protect yourself over this event-filled, social month is by the use of crystals.
