    What To Expect

Of course, anytime you head to a new restaurant, you want to be wowed by the food. Zero Otto Uno has this covered. With truly authentic Neapolitan ingredients, you will be able to experience genuine flavors of Italy without the hassle of the airport. Their menu breaks down the traditional, Italian dinner courses so you can choose to pick on taglieri {Italian cheese cutting boards filled with deliciousness} and antipasti or dig into a full entrée. First up are their taglieri, where they have a meat option, vegetarian or combination including all of the Italian favorites like soppressata, Parmigiano, and eggplant to name a few. Next, choose from either hot or cold antipasti. Creamy burrata and mozzarella or crispy fried calamari will whet your appetite for the next course or can be a meal all by themselves.

    More Than Pizza

Stop by for a hearty insalate {salad} during lunch or for a healthy dinner option. Zero has three choices that incorporate leafy greens with crunchy nuts, smooth cheeses, and bright citrus flavors. After salad comes everyone’s favorites — pasta and pizza. On the pasta menu, there are options of all kinds. The Squid Ink Linguine is for all the seafood lovers, as the dish comes complete with both crab and shrimp. If you’re looking to load up on veggies, try the quadradi con ricotta e spinachi {ravioli with ricotta and spinach}.

Brace yourselves for the pizza menu because it might be even bigger than your Nonna’s gravy pot. With sixteen different pizza options, there’s sure to be something to please everyone in your dinner party {and made in a Neopolitan oven imported from Italy, no less!}. Think combinations like the Genovese with imported buffalo mozzarella, sweet sausage, and homemade basil pesto or the Capricciosa with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, parma ham, black olives, mushrooms, artichokes, Parmigiano Reggiano and extra virgin olive oil. The thin, crunchy crust with the sweet tomato sauce will have your taste buds dancing.
