A post in the Hoboken Subreddit from three months ago says that the user found out The Whale Tea would be closing its Hoboken location at the end of that month.
Google still lists The Whale Tea as open, and a Hoboken location is still listed on the website. Over on Instagram @thewhaletea_hoboken, there have been no posts since October 30th, 2024. The Whale Tea is also unavailable to order on Doordash.
Again, we cannot confirm a permanent closure at this time. The Hoboken Girl has reached out to The Whale Tea and this post will be updated with any further information.
