Guitar Bar, established in 1996, was the first guitar shop in the Hudson County area. With one location in Hoboken and another in Jersey City, Guitar Bar sells vintage audio and recording equipment for purchase and for rent. Some of its equipment includes electric guitars, keyboards, amplifiers, microphones, and speakers.

Similar to the Hoboken Library of Things, the Jersey City Free Public Library Makerspace, located at the library’s Communipaw Branch, lends technological equipment useful for creative projects. The Salvation Army | 242 Martin Luther King Drive
