Alison is a Jersey City resident with a focus on English at HCCC. She is a reader and writer of poetry and short fiction, particularly loving the gothic and surreal. She also spends her time creating and engaging with art of other forms, including drawing, painting, film, and music. Her favorite book is The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson, and her favorite films are anything by David Lynch or Studio Ghibli.
