While the goal of physical therapy is increased strength, growth, and flexibility, the journey can sometimes be challenging. Patients who receive treatment at the new facility located steps away from the main entrance of Hackensack Meridian Palisades Medical Center enjoy a view of the picturesque New York City skyline. The new Hackensack Meridian Palisades Medical Center Outpatient Adult and Pediatric Physical Rehabilitation facility is located on the third floor of the Medical Office Building at 7650 River Road in North Bergen.  Keep reading to learn more about the new state-of-the-art facility and the treatment services provided to patients.

A Team of Medical Experts in Hudson County

This comprehensive rehabilitation facility is conveniently located on the campus of Hackensack Meridian Palisades Medical Center’s Medical Office Building in North Bergen, New Jersey. This facility is home to physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for adults and children. Patients receive therapeutic services using state-of-the-art equipment in separate, spacious areas specifically designed to meet their individual needs.

The daily operations of the center are overseen by Keri Borsella, Director of Clinical Operations, Diane Matlick, Manager of Rehabilitation Services, and Alexa Salomon, Supervisor of Support Services.  Physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists make up the treatment team. Support staff includes front desk staff and rehabilitation assistants.

“We treat patients who have had surgery, injuries and are coping with pain and dysfunction, as well as patients with dizziness and imbalance,” Diane Matlick, the Manager of Rehabilitation Services told Hoboken Girl. “We also see children for conditions such as neurological disorders, torticollis, developmental delays, and speech delays.”
