Children Enjoy a Curated Educational Experience at Lightbridge Academy

From the first hello of the day to the last goodbye, every child should feel safe, nurtured, and excited to learn and grow. The goal of the Lightbridge Academy staff is for parents to consider the team’s true partners in the development and education of their child. They go beyond what is expected to create a one-of-a-kind educational experience for the children.

The Gold Standard for Cleanliness, Security + Transparency

The facilities follow clear guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, including frequently touched surfaces and toys, throughout the day and in the evening.

Going beyond the health and safety requirements for any child care system, the centers are installing an enhanced air purification and filtration system with Advanced Oxidation Technology. Similar in design to what is used in healthcare, food processing plants, and other highly sensitive environments, this system continuously purifies the air and sterilizes all visible surfaces significantly reducing infectious airborne pathogens including COVID-19 by purifying the air and removing airborne particulates through HEPA filters.

State-of-the-art technology also helps to ensure that Lightbridge Academy is safe and secure. From coded entry and silent alarms to internal video monitoring and limited points of entry, the security system, emergency drills, and protocols are some of the most advanced in the industry.

Every staff member must meet or exceed state-mandated educational requirements and pass thorough background checks to ensure safety for all. It’s not enough for just a few staff members to be CPR and first-aid certified, everyone must achieve this certification so each child can feel confident knowing they are safe at all times.

In addition to inspections by state licensing agencies, each center must adhere to Lightbridge Academy quality standards. A quality assurance team representative performs an unannounced inspection of every center to ensure compliance.

Parents can stay connected to their child throughout the day thanks to the ParentView® Internet Monitoring System which allows them to see their child in real-time over a secure, password-protected internet connection.

The Lightbridge Academy administration provides quality care to ensure everyone in their circle of care is safe. Lightbridge Academy’s core values have drawn together thousands of parents, children, staff, owners, and communities to form the supportive relationships necessary for children and families to thrive.

The Lightbridge Circle of Care

The impact a teacher can have on a student is not taken lightly. Lightbridge Academy’s philosophy is based on the Circle of Care. Like all circles, the Lightbridge Academy Circle of Care is perfectly unbroken and never-ending. Just as every point of a circle is equidistant from its center, each person whose life is touched by Lightbridge Academy is equally important.

“We are more than just a daycare. We offer peace of mind knowing that your child will receive the best possible care. We hope to welcome you and your family to our amazing center where care and safety are our top priorities,” notes Ann Alvarado, the owner. “We understand the importance of maintaining the highest quality of care and early learning environment for your child, and we can’t wait to make this center your family’s home-away-from-home.”

Our top priority has always been for the health and safety of all those in our Circle of Care. Now more than ever, this holds true. We are responding to the need for enhanced protocols with the development of the Gold Standard in the child care industry for cleanliness, security, and peace of mind — The Lightbridge Promise.
