Since the start of 2024, we have seen countless announcements of new businesses coming soon to both Hoboken and Jersey City. Signage for a new business went up in the fall of 2023 at the former Zero Otto Uno restaurant at 502 Washington Street in Hoboken — and now, Kong Dog is officially open in the Mile Square. The Details
Kong Dog is best known as a TikTok-famous Korean-style corndog joint. Last summer, the restaurant made its way to Newport Centre, located at 30 Mall Drive in Jersey City.

Now, Kong Dog has opened up shop in the former Zero Otto Uno location at 502 Washington Street in Hoboken from the same franchisees as the Jersey City outpost. The official grand opening is set for Friday, March 8th.
These drool-worthy corndogs are made to order and can be savory or sweet by first choosing a base corndog — think churro, ramen, or hot-Cheetos crusted, filling it with mozzarella, beef, chicken sausage, or plant-based sausage, and then deep frying it to perfection. We tried the hot-Cheetos dog and can confirm that it’s delicious.
The menu also includes a variety of bubble teas, iced lattes, and other drinks.
