On Saturday, October 23rd from 10AM to 4PM, Hudson Pride Center will be hosting a free cannabis expungement clinic. There will be attorneys present for those who have or know someone who has non-violent cannabis charges or questions about their cannabis charges.
The attorneys will be there to help clear your record via free legal expungements, education, document prep, and wrap-around services for NJ residents.

The event will be held at Jersey City Hall Annex located at 4 Jackson Square, Jersey City. There will be food, beverages, and music at the event.
Attendees should bring as much information about their cases as possible, including complaints, dates of the plea, the judgment of convictions, etc. If you don’t have this information, you can still attend and the attorneys will do their best to assist you.

Walk-ins are welcomed, no appointment is needed. “Although we cannot undo the harm the War on Drugs has caused, this is a step toward restoration for our communities,” says Hudson Pride Center.
