On Tuesday, June 23rd, Washington Street in Hoboken was closed due to police activity between 6th and 7th Streets.
Neighbors shared videos with The Hoboken Girl showing law enforcement officers blocking off the street, with officers stationed near 6th Street. Several readers said officers at the scene mentioned a bomb threat, though Hoboken Police has not yet released an official statement. Other readers noted K9 units on site.
As of 6:14PM, Hoboken Police have given the all clear at the site.
