8th Street Tavern will serve fresh green beer on tap this year along with custom-topped Guinness, and shamrock shakes.

The Hoboken Brewing Company is known around town for its annual Green Lager. Every year the brewery crafts a small amount of kegs to distribute throughout the area for St. Patrick’s Day. Last year, several bars and restaurants were on the list of Hoboken Brewing Company’s distributees, and while we patiently await this year’s list we will keep you posted. HG tip: We spotted on Hoboken Brewing Company’s recent Instagram post that local spots: Urban Coalhouse, Psycho Mike’s, Sparrow Wine + Liquor, Finnegan’s Pub, Pig and Parrot, The Shepherd and the Knucklehead, Apulia, The Alehouse, 10th + Willow, Green Rock, River Street Garage, Texas Arizona, City Bistro, and Hoboken Biergarten were among some of the tagged businesses on the video of the making of the Green Lager, potentially clue-ing at its distribution.
