Summer Streets presented by HBA is Extended

The Hoboken Business Alliance (HBA) and City of Hoboken announced a new September and early October schedule with updated locations and operating hours for Summer Streets presented by HBA, which brings more outdoor space, dining, and entertainment to Hoboken’s business districts. Following the successful launch this summer, the Summer Streets program will continue to feature both Downtown and Uptown locations, allowing businesses to expand their storefront footprints so residents and visitors can safely shop, dine and enjoy the Mile Square.

In September through the first week of October, there will be Open Streets on Washington Street every Thursday and Saturday from 6:00PM- 11:00PM and on Sundays from noon to 8:00PM with designated streets open to pedestrian and bike traffic only:

  • -September 17, 19, and 20: Washington Street from Newark Street to 2nd Street.

The event will take place next to the Hoboken 9/11 Memorial in the northwest area of the park.
