According to Yama, the Yellowtail and Bigeyes tuna is sourced from all over the world including the East Coast, Hawaii, Brasil, and Islands in the Indian ocean. Prices range from $20 a pound for Japanese Yellowtail to $159 a pack for a Sashimi set.
