The Hoboken Holiday Market — Monday, December 17th from 6:00PM-10:00PM

Hoboken Girl’s annual Hoboken Holiday Market is back for 2018 and will be full of holiday fun. Join us for an evening of holiday shopping and celebrating. Over 20 local vendors and boutiques will be at Birch Hoboken {located at 92 River Street} on Monday, December 17th from 6-10:00PM selling unique gift items where you’re sure to find something for everyone on your list. This event is the perfect way to personalize your holiday shopping and support local vendors. Get your entry tickets here {a portion of each ticket is donated to Hoboken Volunteer Ambulance Corps!} — they include a free glass of Chandon sparkling wine if bought in advance. We can’t wait!

Free Thanksgiving Meal at Mario’s Pizzeria in Hoboken — Thursday, November 22nd 

Marios Pizza in Hoboken {742 Garden Street} serves a free, traditional Thanksgiving meal every single year to those in need. This year is no different, and the event is happening on Thanksgiving Day {November 22nd}. Spread the word to those in need — the meal is completely free and the Mario’s staff will be sure to treat everyone like family.

Salvation Army Jersey City Corps Thanksgiving Food Distribution — Thursday, November 22nd

The Salvation Army is hosting its annual Thanksgiving Feeding Service with a holiday basket distribution. To get involved at the Jersey City location, visit the website here. If you are not spending the holiday in Hudson County and want to get involved in service, give the Salvation Army in your area a call to inquire about volunteer needs.

Run+Strength Turkey Trot in Hoboken — Thursday, November 22nd at 10:00AM

Join Run+Strength for their 7th annual 4-mile run in Hoboken on Thanksgiving morning. Spouses, children, dogs, and walkers are all welcome to participate in this fun, Thanksgiving-themed run. The run will begin at 7th and Bloomfield in Hoboken. Get more information here.

Hudson County Community Foundation Thanksgiving Community Brunch — Thursday, November 22nd at 12:00PM

The Hudson County Community Foundation is hosting a Thanksgiving Community Brunch in Jersey City {398 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard}. Hoboken Shelter Community Dinner — Thursday, November 22nd from 6:00PM-8:00PM

The Hoboken Shelter will be serving dinner on Thanksgiving Day from 6:00PM-8:00PM and is in need of volunteers. Volunteers are needed to help with serving dinner, sorting clothing and food donations and socialize with guests. All volunteers must contact the shelter to register. Zack’s Thanksgiving Dinner — Thursday, November 22nd

While Zack’s will be closed on Thanksgiving Day to customers, the restaurant will be open to those who are in need of a free Thanksgiving meal. Anyone interested in making a donation or volunteering on Thanksgiving Day can speak to staff at Zack’s.

Burn the Bird and Build Your Bum at JackRabbit in Hoboken — Friday, November 23rd from 9:30AM-10:30PM

JackRabbit of Hoboken {127 Washington Street} is teaming up with Bum Pilates {22 Hudson Place} for a free Pilates class at JackRabbit this Friday morning {perfect timing as it’s the morning after Thanksgiving}. This is a great way to burn off all of the excess calories you consumed the day before.
