Jam Cakery + Rockin’ Raw {online}
Jam Cakery, a vegan bakeshop, and the raw vegan catering business, Rockin’ Raw are owned by the same person. This season Rockin’ Raw is offering a sweet and savory Thanksgiving holiday menu. The items include shepherd’s pie, cauliflower mash, fresh herb veggie stuffing, spinach tofu ricotta lasagna, heart of palm crab cakes, stuffed acorn squash, or butternut squash, pineapple chickpea seitan herbed brisket, tofu veggie quiche, pumpkin cheezcake, smores cream pie, and pecan pie.

Green Cart Catering {North Jersey}
Green Cart Catering serves 100% vegan food and can cater any event — from dinner parties to weddings to corporate events and beyond. Some of the items on their sample menu include hearts of palm ceviche, eggplant caponata, stuffed Italian style peppers, and more. Permanently stationed in downtown Jersey City’s Lincoln Harborside financial building food court at lunchtime, Salt + Seed got their start as the popular vegan table at the Hoboken Farmers Market. Thankfully, they are offering a Thanksgiving Catering Menu. Shaved Brussels and butternut squash salad, homemade truffle mac and cheese, shepherd’s pie, pumpkin mousse cake, and more are available. Orders must be placed via Instagram DM {@salt_seed}, email {saltandseedeats@gmail.com} or phone {201-554-6373}. All orders must be placed by Saturday, November 21st, no later then 5PM. All orders are for pick-up only on Wednesday, November 25th, and must be scheduled upon checkout.
