
About The Max Challenge
The Max Challenge offers a comprehensive program combining fitness classes, nutritional counseling, and motivation. The workouts are unique in the sense that it combines integral parts to fitness and health. Making a lifestyle change is not an easy thing to do but The Max Challenge crew makes it motivating and manageable by offering modifications for each and every exercise. The 10-Week Challenge consists of increasingly harder workouts that meet five times a week for 45 minutes each. Here’s an example of what your day-to-day would look like:
Monday — Cardio
Tuesday — Upper Body
Wednesday — Cardio
Thursday — Lower Body
Friday — Cardio Kickboxing
Consistency is important when maintaining the integrity of the program. Each week the program builds and grows with you. With about 25 people per class, members can expect individualized attention from instructors. It’s like having a personal trainer with you during class, encouraging you, building your self-confidence, and helping to perfect your form.

Free Trial Class on Saturday, December 29th
Experience a workout that shows a week in the life of a Max Challenge member — for free! Participants will see firsthand how The Max Challenge has helped thousands of people completely transform their health through the combination of fitness classes, nutrition coaching, and motivation. Regardless of how often you workout or how experienced you are in fitness — The Max Challenge team is there to help and offer an array of fitness and nutritional services.
The free trial will take place on Saturday, December 29th {just in time for the new year!} at 9:00AM at 537 Washington Street in Hoboken.
