About The Franklin

the franklin jersey city

Owner, Jaime Ramirez, has worked as a chef for over 20 years (including 14 years at Anthony David’s in Hoboken) and brought his expertise to his very own restaurants that people have gone to enjoy for homemade pasta and brunch staples. He began his early cooking career as a pastry chef, then transitioned into Italian cuisine. A true family-owned and operated business, everyone in the family plays a role at the restaurant in Jersey City, which is located on the corner at 159 New York Avenue.

The Seacaucus location is said to be larger and located within a new residential community, Jersey Digs reported. The menu is very the same – expect brunch items like French toast and eggs Benedict as well as classic Italian fare. However, the new location has a liquor license and bar, unlike the Jersey City outpost, which means patrons can surely expect awesome cocktails in addition to curated wine and craft beer lists.
