Known for its infrared saunas, yoga classes, sound baths, and more, SW3AT Wellness will be opening up at 317 Central Avenue in Jersey City Heights in September. The New Location
If you’ve been looking to up your health and wellness game, we have two words for you: SW3AT Wellness. The newest location will be opening up at 317 Central Avenue 2nd Floor in Jersey City Heights — and the local brand already has another location in Hoboken. The new spot is a 2,500-square-foot space that will offer yoga, meditation, a sound bath, a salt room, private infrared sauna suites, and practitioner rooms for rent as a community space. There will also be a renewal space called the hidden garden, for members to escape when they are looking for peace and tranquility. The Heights location of SW3AT is looking to open up on September 16th, 2023, per the owners.

SW3AT has multiple individual infrared sauna suites. Each suite is comfortably spacious with plenty of towels, complimentary Wi-Fi, reading materials, and a towel cooler filled with lavender-infused towels and water bottles. Every sauna is also equipped with built-in Bluetooth systems should you want to listen to music during your session.
Other services available from SW3AT Wellness include yoga + hot yoga, salt caves, massage therapy, reiki, meditation, talk therapy, stretching, and sound baths.
