The Details

At the August 7th meeting, the Jersey City Zoning Board approved plans for a new restaurant coming to 114 Brunswick Street in the Village neighborhood of Jersey City. The space was formerly occupied by record + vinyl store Iris Records from 1996 until its relocation across the street to 109 Brunswick Street in 2019. Before that, it was home to an old pharmacy. (Just in time for the upcoming spooky season, here’s a chilling tidbit: this property is allegedly haunted, according to Iris Records’ website.)
