About Christina, Massage Therapist

christina massage therapist

Christina Ramirez {License # 18KT00840000} has been a licensed massage therapist for more than six years in a variety of spa settings. She studied under physicians, physical therapists, and chiropractors to gain a more holistic understanding of the human body.

The Spine + Sports Health Center massage therapy program includes hands-on techniques used to increase circulation, relieve tension, reduce stress, relieve anxiety, and promote relaxation. Christina personalizes each and every massage, tailoring her care to every client’s specific needs. All types of massages are offered — everything from deep tissue to sports massage to prenatal massage. They even have a prenatal pregnancy pillow {a full-body pregnancy bolster} which is ideal for lower back pain and breast discomfort experienced by some pregnant women during facedown massage treatments.

“Positive energy is the food of the soul,” Christina said. “This mentality leads my approach with each and every one of my patients and I’m excited to use massage therapy to improve the lives of the people in my community.”

Additionally, Christina sometimes incorporates Himalayan Salt Stones during her massages to increase blood circulation, reduce inflammation, and improve sleep. She also uses a massage lotion with amica and ivy extract for calming. Soothing lighting and scented {and non-scented} air purifiers are the final touch you can expect.

Clients love Christina, and you can check out their rave reviews on Google if you don’t believe us.

Massage Therapy

The Spine + Sports Health Center created their massage programs as a separate division from the rest of the practice, so that patients can come in for just a massage {win!}. Current patients of the practice can also take advantage of the massage services as an extra form of rehabilitation, in addition to the medically-guided pain management, physical therapy, sports medicine, and chiropractic services that they offer.
