An alcohol-free party is coming to Hoboken’s Pier 13 this weekend. Locals can enjoy morning of wellness with Live Higher, The Sunday Morning Party on Sunday, June 29th. With the goal to turn Sunday morning into the new Saturday night, the event will be complete with fitness classes, ice baths, massage therapy and more. This Sunday, June 29th is Live Higher: The Sunday Morning Party taking place at Pier 13. The event officially starts at 9AM but if you want to get moving earlier, there is an optional group run or HIIT class at 8:15AM.

From 9AM to 12PM, the alcohol-free party will begin with DJ Nyse. The day will continue with ice baths on the waterfront. With IV drips, massage therapy, chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy, a Normatec compression lounge, mocktails, food, and more, there is ample opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation.
