Insomnia Cookies {Hoboken} is OPEN!

It’s the moment every cookie-lover has been waiting for…INSOMNIA COOKIES is open today at noon {til 3am…hence the name} — at 56 Newark Street.

For those of you unfamiliar with Insomnia, listen closely — your life is about to change. Basically, it’s a late-night bakery concept which was founded in a college dorm room in 2003 at the University of Pennsylvania, by then student, Seth Berkowitz. The company specializes in delivering warm cookies right to the doors of individuals and companies alike. On their menu: cookies, brownies, cookie dough, cookie cakes, ice-cream and even cold milk. The best part? They deliver at all hours of the night {well, up to 3am}!

This will be the company’s first location in New Jersey — shoutout to HHH for flagging it today! In honor of the Hoboken grand opening, the bakery will offer a free cookie to all customers on opening day, according to their press releaseFrom what we’ve heard, you just show up — but it may be on grand opening day [rather than their soft opening right now…FYI!] 🙂
