Halloween could also be known as the time of giving – giving tricks, treats, and a few good scares. Halloween is a favorite holiday among most, especially in Hoboken! There’s candy involved, horror movies and activities, dressing up, and the famous Ragamuffin Parade. Every year the Mile Square goes all out with holiday decor and this year is no exception.
