The Annual HDSID All About Downtown Street Fair is back this year with food, drinks, music, and unique vendors throughout the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza in Jersey City. What to Expect at the Street Fair
The 11th Annual All About Downtown Street Fair will take place on Saturday, September 17th from 12PM to 8PM at the Grove PATH Plaza, Newark Avenue Pedestrian Mall from Grove Street to Coles Street in Jersey City. The HDSID has invited the entire community for a day filled with delicious food, fun kids’ rides, great local shopping, yummy drinks, and so much more.
Every year, visitors and vendors come together in downtown Jersey City to celebrate, eat, and shop. The annual All About Downtown Street Fair started in 2011 and featured over 100 vendors selling products ranging from handmade jewelry to one-of-a-kind artwork. In recent years, the event has attracted over 40,000 people and over 200 vendors, selling everything from vintage clothing and small-batch candles to gelato and empanadas.
Attendees can enjoy food from around the world while exploring everything that makes downtown Jersey City the best. Neighborhood favorite restaurants and bars will host outdoor beer gardens for a delicious and refreshing pit stop during your stay at the festival.
This year’s event will feature two Kids’ Zone areas with rides, face painting, live music, and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. With over 220 vendors at this year’s event, there will be something for every friend and neighbor to spend a fun- and food-filled Saturday in Jersey City.
