Sweater weather is finally here, and you know what that means if you’re a fall lover: pumpkin picking, apple pie, PSL, and best of all: seeing the leaves go through the seasonal color transformation. To commemorate the season’s beauty and living locally, we are excited to announce Hoboken Girl’s 7th Annual Fall Instagram PhotoContest, #FallinLovewithHoboken, beginning on October 1st. This is your month to enter and win amazing prizes from 12 local businesses by posting your favorite things about Hoboken and Jersey City in the fall on Instagram. Keep reading to find out all about our fall photo contest, how to enter, and some past inspo to #FallinLoveWithHoboken.
About the Fall in Love with Hoboken Contest
Now is the perfect time to use those photography and social media skills to snap a beautiful fall-inspired photo. Pictures will only be considered if they are taken in either Hoboken or Jersey City.
At the end of the month, the Hoboken Girl team will choose its top 10 favorite pics, and the 12 local businesses below will decide their top 3 winners from the #FallinLoveWithHoboken hashtag (from 2021 only!). If you need a little bit of inspiration, check out last year’s winners.

3. Walk around Hoboken or Jersey City, snap a fall-inspired photo or video, and post it to Instagram Feed or Stories Make sure to tag @thehobokengirl, and use the hashtag #FallinLoveWithHoboken. If it’s a story, you must screenshot the story along with the original image or video and email it to hello@hobokengirl.com so we know you’ve posted/entered.
4. Enter as many times as you want by posting as many fall moments as you want! There’s no limit to the beauty of the fall season in our area!
