Guarantee is the man in charge around the cattery. He makes the rounds, greets people who come to visit, and has a super soft spot for kittens. He’s got a lot of personality, and will keep you laughing non-stop. He loves to play, and wand toys are his favorite. He walks up to you and just bumps you, that is his way of telling you he wants to be pet.

If there is innocent mischief going on in the cattery, Guarantee is usually behind it. There has not been an open box or open cage that he has not explored. Dusting your home will never be a problem again with the help of his very fluffy and magnificent tail! Do not let him fool you with his man in charge strut, he is a softy who has become the unofficial Dad among our kittens.

Rugged is a stocky guy with short legs, a big chest, and an even bigger heart, the look on his face is always asking for new friends. Rugged is a good sharer and has very good manners, he is known as the resident gentleman.  He is a strong little guy, so he can tug a bit on his leash.

On the other hand, he is always observant of his handlers, respectful and polite when directed. Rugged is a little shy, but he is very much a lover of everyone- strangers and children included. Rugged can be waggy, but he won’t overwhelm anyone with silliness or activity because he is the perfect blend of playful and restrained!

Come over to the Liberty Humane Society this week, (located at 235 Jersey City Boulevard in Jersey City), and give these sweet pets a new home!

Jen is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Hoboken Girl. She started the site to discover and share the wealth of things happening in Hudson County. Her roots in the area extend to her maternal grandparents, who owned two textile factories in Weehawken and North Bergen. When not planning the next Hoboken Girl event/volunteer project or editing her life away, she can usually be found shopping at local boutiques, eating an Insta-worthy meal, walking her French bulldog + rescue pup, or watching the latest murder doc on Netflix with her husband.
